I’m not gonna lie, I’m a pretty fit person I’d say. I go to the gym everyday, I have pretty good stamina. Most ab workouts, I feel some pain here and there but let me tell you this workout had be in pain the entire time (which is totally good cause that means your abs are being activated!!!) I definitely think you went off with this one. Thank you, Mad!

Immediately checked fo abs after doing this and considering how much this hurt I am shocked nothing is there yet.

okay I'm going to do this everyday and update as I see improvements - if you want to follow just like this comment :). my main goal is just to tone back up and get my abs back as isolation has really got to them.
day 1: super hard and I really felt the burn
