I love how deliberate each move is, always so controlled, always trying to hold form. In a workout like this, that's probably where the intensity comes from.

I feel so good after doing this! My calves are so sore from running and my back is sore from yesterday's workout. I would not have been able to do my planned workout. So I thought to myself "you can do abs, Anna probably has something good" AND SHE DID! ❤️💪🏼

I woke up tired and I have a lot to do today. I was just going to skip my workout altogether. I decided to at least do a short abs workout. I'm so glad I did this workout! I feel much more energized. Thank you!❤️

Thank you for all your workouts. I love them because they are slow, effective, you can focus on doing them correctly instead of just rushing into another workout set. Plus, everyone are doing those HIIT workouts which is really not the best options for people who are trying NOT to lose weight.
Also, I recently broke my foot and i wasnt able to workout at all so this definitely helped me a lot with getting back into shape. ❣

What amazes me is that this program is very organized I've had a really rough time when I was creating my own program because I was Hard on myself for taking a rest day
But this program made me really thankful because even in the rest day I do small workout so I can keep myself motivated because sometimes when I take a day rest I don't feel like working out the next day

I´m healing from covid and this workout just helped me a lot! I don't wanna do HIT or weight lifting like I used to do before, because my energy level is still super low, but this workout was really nice and doable for me :) feeling great after wards. thank you so much
