I used to have to quit 6 times and I couldn’t do the push ups. Today I almost completed every single move without ever dropping my arms. I think I missed a couple push ups and shoulder taps.

Thanks for the video! I had to comment...After doing this only a couple times I saw and felt amazing results. My arms have always been more muscular from collegiate training and now that I don’t play in college anymore I have been searching everywhere for feminine arm workouts that give slim and slender arms not bulky one. So, this has been amazing and now a adding it to my quick morning wake up workouts!

WOW did that burn! I found out how weak my upper body strength really was. But I'm working hard on making myself stronger since I found your videos, doing yoga everyday and getting better at it. Someday I will do a flow without having to come down to my knees. I'm getting closer and closer!
