Make sure your house and yard work are done first! My Dad, bless his heart, used to get so disgusted with us teenagers when we drove to the gym to work out, while after a long days work as a plumber, he had all this yard work, etc to do. He was tired! I GET IT now. Rest in Peace, Dad😢❤

I'm a guy who is now about jillion years old. Okay, I'm actually 72. I got started with resistance training about 7 or 8 years ago when I was given two dumbbells of 25 and 30 pounds. My #1 thought at the beginning, and even now years later, is to not hurt myself. Every other day I do 3 sets of 20, curls, bench presses and something called "rows". The positives are that I have never hurt myself and have maintained good upper body function and if it matters at this point, decent physical appearance. The downside is that on a number of occasions I have been asked by neighbors to do physical chores such as lifting moderately heavy objects onto shelves or into/out car trunks. My one piece of advice for anyone just starting is to take it slow and cautiously.

Good job working together with this training Brad and Mike. I appreciate that Brad mentioned how Bob sometimes doubles up both tube handles with one hand when doing biceps curls. It’s so nice to keep Bob present in this way.

I absolutely love firm toned muscles on a female. I exercised all my life and I am over 60. Love the bands. Ladies, don't be afraid of muscle tone. It will keep us youthful looking and able to stay active much longer.

Im 38 but terried of injuries. This series is good not only for 50+ but also those wanting to be cautious when easing (back) into training.

I use your bands and enjoy them. Watch videos while exercising. Thanks for all you do. It's nice to know Bob is there, too, off camera! ❤

On a different note. I noticed that when you used the exercise band on the door you tied it to the knob in such a way that the door opened toward the person doing the exercises. For safety I situate the person so that the band is pulling the door shut. That way they don't accidentally get popped in the face by the door. I know of a patient who tied a Thera-Band to a doorknob and the door knob detatched and hit them in the gut. Just wanted to keep your viewers safe. Thanks for your videos. Wishing Bob, Brad and Mike well.
