DAY 1 : 16-01-2024 ✅ Felt super sore, my arms are definitely burning!! currently 12 in!!
DAY 2 : 17-01-2024 ✅ Felt a little easy today, but definitely felt a sore!
DAY 3 : 18-01-2024 ✅ It was easy, didn't feel too much pain after stretch!! overall, its gettin better!!!!
DAY 4 : 19-01-2024 ✅ Day by day getting better but i felt moree soree todayy!! AHHHH!!!
DAY 5 : 20-01-2024 ✅ Honestly, it was pretty easy today comparatively cuz i combined this with the 10 min thigh workout from her channel. so far so good!! ♥
DAY 6 : 21-01-2024 ✅ BURNINGGG!!!
DAY 7 : 22-01-2024 ❌ Break day cuz i was exhausted by Monday!!

WEEK 2
DAY 1 : 23-01-2024 ✅ Gettin easyy and could feel the soreee!!
DAY 2 : 24-01-2024 ✅ AHHH!!! I've combined this with other workouts from her channel.. damnn feelin soo good!!! 🌟
DAY 3 : 25-01-2024 ✅ Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
DAY 4 : 26-01-2024 ✅ I tried it with weights today, little did i underestimate this.. it burnedddd!!! i feel stronger than before. Feels soo good.. 💗
DAY 5 : 27-01-2024 ❌ I was so exhausted so couldn't do it.
DAY 6 : 28-01-2024 ✅ DONEE!!
DAY 7 : 29-01-2024 ✅ Did it with weights today! i was excited to see did i lose some inches but i wasn't expecting that much of a diff but I LOST 1 FREAKIN So currenly 11 in!! and i feel strongerrrr 💪😭

I will do this for 1 week and shows the results.
Starting 23.08.24 - left arm: 30 cm right arm: 30cm
Day 1 ✅: Done, its burninggg omg. I don't see difference but it's the first day.
Day 2 ✅: Done, today it was easier to do but I will do the exercise one more time at night.

Day 1 : ✅ felt so sore i couslnt complete one excercise for 45 seconds
Day 2 : ✅ felt a little easy but a little sore. This time i could actually finish all excercise for 45 seconds without feeling so sore.
Day 3 : ✅ super easy. But can we just adore how pretty her smile is?! It boosts me up
Day 4 : ✅ only did 6 excercises. But its better than nothing right? 😅
Day 5 : ✅ felt very unmotivated but I WANT THIN ARMS. so i did the exercise anyway. It was hard today since i only did a few yesterday. Btw i love how she boosts us up in the middle of the workout!❤
Day 6 : ✅ felt super easy. Noticed results my arms r muscular and thin compared to before
Day 7: ✅ its been a week since i did this but then i remembered! It was still easy
Dya 8: ✅ VERY EASY! Plus ive noticed changes in my shoulder area!

2 день:руки болят немного🥴+ сделаю несколько других тренировок
3 день:сделала 2 подхода, тело очень болит, + делаю другие тренировки

day 1: ✅ i was struggling but i kind of want to do it again and definitely felt the
day 2: ✅ ✅ felt the burn and today was easier and it felt so good that i did it twice so tomorrow i’m taking a break
