Day 1✅ This's so tiring and I felt like my arms were burning!

For all the people who said they were going to try this daily and then stopped updating thanks for the extra incentive.
Day 1: Definitely done arm workouts that burn more but I couldn’t finish those nearly as easily if at all so I’ll stick with this one and see what happens. Arms at 42 1/2 cm.
Day 2: Found the part one of this exercise and that made me feel the burn, but it’s more in my shoulders than my arms so I think my form is off. Arms at 42 1/2 cm.
Day 3: Skipped. My arms were burning all day and I took a long nap after work so I didn’t get around to it until the a.m’s
Day 4: It was a lot harder today, my arms kept trembling and I had to take a few breaks, but I feel muscles moving that I don’t usually feel so I’m not giving up. Arms at 42 1/2 cm.
Day 5: I've got a massive migraine and don't think I can do it today. Every time I try my head starts throbbing.
Day 6: I think the first week is more about perfecting form than results so I’m gonna stop focusing on that and try to get my form right because I thought I was gonna dislocate my shoulder.
Day 7: Skipped today because I went dancing.
Day 8: Definitely getting used to it but still taking more breaks than I would like.
Day 9: Some of the results listed in the comments seem misleading. My arms certainly feel stronger than when I started but that’s all I’ve noticed. Not giving up because I know my consistency’s an issue but as of now I’m not hopeful.
Day 10: No extra breaks this time. Yay me! But that feeling of nearly dislocating my shoulder or elbow came back. The more I do it the more I realize training your body to pull with the right muscles is VITAL.
Day 11: Exercises feel easier and at this point my arms feel better after I do them. Like I took a muscle relaxer or massaged them.
Day 12: Noticed at work that things were easier to lift and hold up. My fingers feel slimmer too, but my arms are the same.
Day 13: I was hoping to see results by this point. If it weren’t for how much stronger my arms are getting I’d think I was wasting my time. Hopefully by day 30 something will have actually happened.
Day 14: Thinking of doing part two twice a day for faster results. At times my arms seem slimmer but my measuring tape says I need to get my eyes checked.
Day 15: Almost didn’t do it today because I did a lot of walking and carrying heavy bags. Then I thought this workout’s the only reason carrying the bags wasn’t as difficult as it usually is so I decided to persevere.
Day 16: Skipped. Had way too much sewing to do.
Day 17: Skipped. My back was killing me, but will do the next day.
Day 18: Did it today thankfully at this point it's like I never stopped.
Day 19: Almost missed today and ended up doing it late. Today felt almost too easy and it’s at this point I recommend adding light weights when applicable or doing the exercises twice a day. However at this point I can see why no one has updated consistently. If they felt anything like I did in the early stages they likely quit for an easier routine, or they got this far without seeing the desired results and moved on to a different routine.
Day 20: Skipped had too much going on.
Day 21: Back’s hurting so I’m doing it in segments. Just measured, I’ve finally lost half a cm. Which doesn’t seem like a lot at this point but I’ll take any amount of progress for the time I’ve invested in this.
Day 22: Skipped. Busy.
Day 23: I'm honestly proud I've made it this far. In the beginning I had to take several breaks would shake and tremble through the exercises and my arms felt dead afterwards now I can get it done and go on; it's just a matter of making time. Now that my form is better and it's easier to pull from the desired muscles I feel I'll make progress easier.
Day 24: Did it. Uneventful.
Day 25: Paired it with a simple leg workout today.
Day 26: Skipped. Felt like my back was gonna lock up on me so I did a flexibility exercise instead.
Day 27: Arms down to 41 1/2 cm which is still disappointing at this point.
Day 28: Skipped went swimming and had dance class.
Day 29: I did it with my flexibility exercise today. Month’s up tomorrow, but I think I’ve proved my point. If you say you’re gonna update follow through.
Day 30: I did it and for the first time I got that feeling I usually get when I’m losing weight, like the flesh is shedding off my bones so I’m gonna keep up with this, but I’m done updating daily. I wish everyone the best if they choose to give this a try. I hope my observations helped. Final measurement 41 1/2 cm.

I'm going to do it every day!

day 1; I felt my arms DYING but on the next day I just felt a little sore.
day 2; MANNN, this was harder since I felt my upper arms way too sore because of yesterday, but I did it!! 🎉
day 3; donee! it became easier so I'm starting to repeat some exercises! stay tuned ❤
day 4; did it! today for some reason my arms felt more sore while doing the exercises, but it was perfect! 🌷 (At day 4 I see really noticeable results!)

I have been doing this workout everyday for almost two weeks and I have definition in my arms now! As someone who has always had big arms this has been a game changer! They are starting to become toned and thin!!! Thank you so much for this workout!!❤❤❤

Doing this for a month! (Please like to remind me)
Day one ✅️ Felt quite easy, no extra breaks needed, the last one was quite hard.
Day two ✅️ Definitely harder than yesterday, I realised that I was doing some of the exercise wrong/ without properly activating the muscles, so the burn was a lot more painful 🔥
Day 3 ⛔️ Got home late and was really tired and wanted to sleep. I started 3 minutes and stopped because was too tired.
Day 4 ✅ Tired but did it anyways! Quick tip, put on a movie or show while you do it, this helps SO MUCH and stops you looking at the timer every 5 seconds! Didn't reall ywant to do it today, but went by in a flash!

day 1 (1/21): done! felt the burn, the last exercise was tough to finish
day 2 (1/22): done! arms sore from yesterday and felt the burn more but I was able to finish all of the workouts!
day 3 (1/23): done! arms still sore and I started feeling the burn in the first exercise. Tried to focus on form today!
day 4 (1/24): done! started burning after the 3rd exercise and the last exercise was hard to finish
day 5 (1/25): done! the beginning exercises are getting easier to do!
