Thank you so much! You don’t look a day over 30! I am 65 years young, and feel great! However, I plan to workout my arms 3X weekly, using your video, to get my arms toned. Kudos to you for making this video simple enough to make me want to do arm exercises! I can’t wait to see the results! 🎉

I am 28 years old, and I have very flabby arms due to losing and gaining weight rapidly throughout the last few years. I have fluctuated in weight so much so I am starting this routine today and will be back in a month to give an update! Thanks in advance!

Thanks for this! My favorite workout videos are for “batwings.”😅 Everyone should be using weights regularly to ward off muscle (and bone!) loss as we age.

I have super firm biceps. Always have. My 65 yo triceps look 65….maybe even older. I do all kinds of weight lifting, but haven’t found anything that tightens that area yet. I have not tried hugging a tree, or serving a platter though. I’ll give them a shot.

Hey Chris…I LOVE you! I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner and I respect you and follow your advice with amazing results. My skin looks and feels so much better . I’m going to try this….but a little skeptical at how it tightens skin ….muscles yes…skin? We will see. I’ve lost a lot of weight do I sure hope it works ❤

Will these help with the area just 'above' the outer side of the elbow? i.e. towards the triceps. I've been doing these and they have helped, but not as much in the area I mentioned. Look forward to the next video. 👍 Thank you for everything you do.

I like the way you start us small and we can build up from there. Some of the exercise videos I've watched are really intimidating since they start with very intense workouts. I'm dealing with long covid and trying to get back into shape

Ohhh!!! I just accepted the fact this last week its time i call a plastic surgeon when the kids go back to school. I will try these 1st, even a little help is all I'm asking for! 🙏🤞 the work outs im doing arent helping.I should've used the collagen booster ive been using on my face on my body the entire time.🤦🏻‍♀️
