Sometimes it's easy to feel powerless in the face of so much stress.

They say stress is the root cause of almost all illnesses. Western medical studies claim 89% of all primary care visits are the result of stress.

But stress, like any emotion, is energy... and energy can be transformed.

In this video, you'll learn three simple exercises to help you transform stress into vitality. You can use these exercises individually, or altogether to clear stress out of your mind and body.

You'll learn:

WAVE BREATHING. Transform stress into relaxation with deep, slow breathing. When you breathe slow and deep through the nose, you send a message to your system that everything is okay.

HOLDING UP THE EARTH. This exercise helps you become calm and relaxed move your arms in synchrony with the breath. Using these exercises, it only takes a couple minutes to relax.

CENTERING. Use this exercise to calm the mind and create a feeling of inner peace. Bring all your energy back to your "center" to create clarity of thought and balance your emotions.

Oh wow! I was feeling a little anxious (drank too much coffee lol) and I was a bit skeptical. I didn't think this short and simple technique was going to be effective yet it completely transformed the way I feel!

Can you explain how to move from qigong to “normal life” whilst holding the transmutation? I have major illness from stress and wonder to use the magic all day to keep in psns state whilst collecting Qi?

That was beautiful Lee. You have really inspired me to go out and teach about energy work and power of connecting with your body. My wife and I brought a video of yours many years ago and we are using it again now, and wow has the energy started to increase now since all the training and practice we have been through. I guess my point is this takes time and we need to be dilligent to how we feel when we do these exercises as we do not always feel the energy when we first start. Now I feel almost plugged into the mains after doing your sessions. Amazing. Thank you for sharing what you do to the world. I am sure you are bountiful in blessings and love. I have just started Qi Gong and I am exploring all your videos. Why do I feel cold when I start these sessions. I do feel a tingling sensation but I get chills and very cold.

Yes, these are great to do at the end of the day - although it is only 6:23 PM by the little clock on my desktop panel. I am still feeling the effects of stress that have accumulated since this morning, and as usual I am wondering why I became so irritated and what I can do to keep myself from going to bed too early because I can't stand the boredom anymore.
