Hi. I was searching some qi gong short videos for me and my son and I found you. I like your vibe and voice but I would like to see that you first explain the steps and say what we will do and than show, do the exercises with nice, calm music in the background without talking. Like this, I believe it will help us relax more and connect deeper with our body and soul. Just my opinion. I wish you all the best.

I’m a bit confused, in one video you included the exercise “knocking on the door of life” as a way to cleanse the body but here it’s for something else. And in the last exercise in this video you mentioned something about it helping to circulate the energy but I thought this was strictly for increasing your energy not moving it. I’m new to all of this, can you explain please?
