hi! Thank you for your video. I came to shaking thanks to Master Chunyi Lin and to tapping thanks to Master Liu He. They are really basical and effective ercercises....be careful with your knees while shaking, you do not have to bounce very much, but you can if you want. A very interesting way to use your hands, feet, neck and belly in each qigong movement, I found by the exercises presented by Master Mu Yuchun. All the best for you!

Do you know any doctors in St Clair county or in etowah county or even Jefferson county in Alabama that I would be able to go to as far as I know everything is fine with me I'm 59 and have insurance but I practiced qigong and use organic products

It would be important to show your feet while you shake, not everybody knows what type of movement we should do.
