This is the Qigong Basic Acupressure Daily. Press These 3 Acupressure Points daily, press ( and release ) each point in 60 Seconds will help you to maintain healthy and happy life.
You can apply this Qigong Routine 5 Minutes after Qigong daily Routine, right before going to bed or anytime that you need to rest and relax your body and mind.

*** 3 Acupressure Points:
1. Press at Center of Palm (PC8) 1:24 : Strengthen Internal Organs.
2. Press at Connection Between Thumb and Index Finger ( LI4) 5:07 : Reduce Headache, Toothaches
3. Press at Point ( 3 Fingers from inner Wrist)(PC6) 7:45. : Release Gas In the body, Support Digest System.

I'm not exactly sure why, but by the time I got to the pressure point in my wrist, I started to cry. I was holding a lot in, I know, but it was overwhelming. And I think, I really needed that. I will add that I've been having digestive issues for months now and have been working to remedy those issues. I had completed his 15-min daily Quigong routine just before this one...and it all just felt really healing. I've been doing his routine for only 4, maybe 5 days thus far, but it really feels life-changing. I highly recommend his daily practices for health and needed peace.

This popped up on my list, so I decided to watch it and participate at the end. I have stomach and brain cancer, fentanyl, meth and xan addiction, broke my neck 4 years ago and spinal injury cause car accident....yeah its a lots... I've big pain nonstop.
I just did the exercise and feel no pain at all !
I stopped all drugs for 7 days and any struggle, no more addiction...crazy !
Doctors told me 10 days ago my cancers are cured.
Its so powerful, I will be adding this to my daily routine.

I'm blown away. I did only a minor bit of qi gong for the first time today and just barely tried these first 3 points. My chakras feel so much better already. It is crazy how much energy we block up not even knowing. The journey has just begun. Much love to all enlightened beings.

Solar plexus gentle always. Both hands grounding. Helps if you are sad, cross or any negative thoughts. 2nd point good for head ache never take a tablet again. Again both hands. Pressure can be harder. Smiling is alwats good for mind body and soul. 3rd point releases tension in digestion. Shaking lets go rubbing builds heat Tapping great for circulation Thank you.
