What I love about the body shake is that it takes you back to your childhood! If you add a sound to it or just open your mouth and let the sun come out like a little kid you can imagine you’re being shaken up and down like a cup and put you in a very good frame of mind

spent 16 yrs in asia around many seniors and imagined them being stuck in a situation like you are in in this a life or death situation, , , theyd do the qi gong first for clarity and maybe keep doing it until they had a solution or help arrived

Nick, I love how you speak about "knocking on the door" giving us enough energy to do the qigong. That's the truth! Also, when you announce where we are like "in our second to last exercise " because it allows me to relax more. Great video! ❤

It’s amazing what you and this practice does to me, I start releasing emotions of sadness, so I cry, then I feel happy so I smile . I combine this excessive with some grounding too sometimes . It’s amazing. I thank you for your time and practice to help others.
