I am from India’s and I a senior citizen 79 years I have started following you on U tube from about 2 weeks back and I find your exercises very effective and makes me feel great. Thanks a lot. Lymphatic flow exercise I especially makes me motivated and helps me loosen up. Thanks keep up the great work you are doing.

I am a trainer and fitness instructor.
I am also going through menopause and finding my energy is low.
As I was thinking about this, this video popped up.
I did it and feel like a burst of energy was sent through my body while I came to a calm place.

Thank you lady... After a stressful time, I developed a sharp back pain. I even went to the emergency ward yesterday night. All was good: blood, pressure, lungs etc. and this morning she let me go with only a pain killer, which didn't help this afternoon. "swinging arms" thought came .... And I found YOU. The pain is not totally gone but diminishing.... I am going to mark your channel on my green lovely new suitcase as I am going on vacation. Good stuff from Asia!😊 Many thanks.

Today was my first experince using LuChin's Qi Gong for Lymph flow. I am in Chinese Medicine myself and appreciate all of the benefits of Qi Gong. This youtube video was wonderful. I can literally feel the flow of Qi running through my body. Thank you

I was fit and flexible when younger so it came as a shock to try these exercises.
I realized how much I need them . I was stiff and got a little sore and tired. such
a shock to one formerly fit. i've now liked and subscribed and will do them every day .

I think You have a natural gift for teaching My shoulders feel better already .

I'am in Vancouver Canada.Thank you Very much.I'am 85 yrs old !I can do this and it helps.Many yrs ago I saw a Chinese Dr who helped a patient with blocked arteries by doing a simple exercise.It is cupping at the elbow, armpit. Could you please show me how to do it. God bless you.
