"Movement is key to longevity.". A Harvard study began with the hypothesis that thousands of years old skeletal remains would show more signs of wear and tear than more recently deceased due to daily tasks being more labor intensive.

Upon examination, the opposite were discovered. More recent decedents whose daily tasks & employment involved more automation showed more joint damage than the ancient.

It's theorized that daily activity keeps a proper balance of fluid needed to lubricate the joints, avoiding bone clashing with bone 😮.

That may also explain why recovery from illness & injury may involve shorter rest times & nurses helping patients to get up & move around ASAP.

Another great one to add to my daily routine. I have bursitis and tendonitis in one hip, connected to RA, and have to go very carefully. However I think this will help very nicely as long as I don't overdo it. Am feeling the energy flow and it just feels so wonderful. And I am feeling it right down to my feet, as you say.
