I think that I feel my abs working more effectively by being seated than by lying on the floor. This is very effective because you are working against gravity by having to pull your legs up. My abs were on fire doing this amazing workout.🔥🔥🔥

I love that I can do this from my office chair. My belly carries alot of weight so I struggle with raising my legs but will put this in my weekly routine to measure my improvements!

Wow love this work out. I am 42 y.o. and am just starting to work out again after giving it up 3 years ago and this made me sweat. I love your realism and that you make no fake promises like the B.S. 7 day promise a lot of young influencers make. I definitely felt it in my abs after words shoot toward the end of the video I was using those 15 seconds to rest instead of walking because i needed to breathe. 😅
