Oh my god! Lucy thankyou so much for being right on time. I'm sitting on my bed after getting my right leg's bone dislocated and it's taking longer than expected to heal as its winter time and I've my close friend's wedding in a month.😭 I'm so happy

YES !!! Hi Lucy, you are an angel. This is so timely and what i need. Exercising while standing is really difficult for me who is on the hEavy side and with knee problem. This is much better than standing. Ican do this ! MANY THANKS TO YOU !😊❤👍
