i’ve been doing this everyday, sometimes twice a day with 1.5 kg dumbbells (i only have those in my home) for a few weeks (combined with calorie deficit, other full body workouts and 20k steps everyday) and i have thinner arms now. its important to remember there is no such thing as a spot fat reduction, you should lower your fat percent to get more toned arms. im scared to get bulky (i already have a masculine body) so i think doing this everyday with lower weights is the right way for me.

I’ve only done this for LITERALLY two days, two days and I already have visible results. My back looks much smaller and my posture was improve drastically. Thank you so much for this workout, I mean I was shocked, wow, just wow.

Just did this workout! And I absolutely loved it. One of the things I really liked was that the first set was really hard for me (I never workout) but by the 2nd set I felt like I was making progress and already building some momentum!

shoulder press x 15
alternating bicep curls x 15
bent over rows x 15
tricep pulses x 15

doing this until satisfied (I have a smaller body but big arms)

Day 1 (8 lb dumbbells): did it fully arms sore but felt great, already saw a slight tone
Day 2: over head tricep curls really made my arms sore, felt easier but 3 set was hard
Day 3: was very busy didn’t have time
Day 4: I see more definition, the first one is hard the rest are easier
Day 5: I took a 5 day break because I was visiting someone, just did it today it was so much harder but I did it
Day 6: I’m going to start doing try is twice a day, did it for the first time today and burn, more tone
Day 7: The first one was really hard for me this time and the overheads got harder as well, still pushed through it
Day 7+: I was wondering why I ganes weight and realized it was because of how much muscle I gained from this workout, I definitely see a difference, woman’s arm fat takes a long time to go away so patience

Why didnt I find this sooner, I have invested in a set of 5kg dumbbells and also go to the gym. I will definitely be giving this a go, as I have been wanting to get rid of underarm fat for awhile now.
