Day 1 - Done ☑️ every excercise 40 times and iam feeling Lil bit pain on my arms..

Day 2 - Done ☑️ iam already feeling pain in my arms . I hope it will work.

Day 3 - Done ☑️

Day 5 - Done ☑️ iam not having any pain now...

These are geared more toward shoulder exercises, not upper arm flab.

Im gonna do this today onwards and I will be updating the results ! ^^

DAY 1 - ✔ every exercise 30 times 3 groups the 4th one is making me feel pain lol
DAY 2 - ✔ same exercises with some more I felt the burn jeez
DAY 3 - ✔same and not feeling much pain
DAY 4 - ✔

There are many people who want the experience so let me tell you .

Day 1 : 1st exercise is very easy 2nd one is giving pain in my arms 3rd one is easy 4th one is giving pain in my abdomen area .

Like for day 2 ❤❤

Gonna do it for a month lets see if that works : (10X3 for each ) Day 1 ✅(lil painful)
Day 2 ✅ (last one hurts af 😭) Day 3 ✅ (muscles are a bit sore )
