Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Hey Lilly, I'm just a 13-year-old girl, and I've been working out by following your videos for two months now. To tell you the truth, I used to be quite chubby before. But now, when I checked myself out in front of the mirror, you won't believe, my body has become quite toned than it used to be before. All your exercises burn like hell but they're so benificial. Literally, my day's never complete if I somehow miss your workouts. So, my main thing is, thank you so much. You're the sweetest and most gorgeous fitness influencer of all time. Doing this for 7 days!
Il post everything about the work out here:
Starting point: my arms were 24 cm

Day 1:✅ this burnt alot
Day 2:✅ it feels like my arms are falling off.
Day 3:✅ it didnt burn that much this time, And i alleready see that my arms are more toned, and my arm fat has reduced!
Day 4:✅ my arms are really tired but i can clearly see results!
Day 5:✅ my arms have gotten much stronger.
Day 6:✅ nearly done!
Day 7:✅ finally done, i can clearly see changes. My arms are much more toned and my arm fat has reduced massively.
End result: 19 cm.

today was my 7th day completing the workout and it works!!!! The fat on my arm went away most of it and now i can fit my arms into long sleeves shirts like never before. i gotta say this burns a lot but it was worth it at the end. i think ima continue doing this. thanks so much lily ly and have a good day!

I discovered your videos about a month or so ago & I'm seeing the best results I've every had on any challenge/workout plan etc. The trick has been that these are quick but effective workouts, which fit right into my schedule. Because of that, I've been able to stay consistent. I don't dread spending an hour+ at the gym anymore. Thank you!

started this workout today and gonna update!!!
arm size : 11 inches
day 1 : ✅ felt a lil sore but completed!
day 2 : ✅ completed!
day 3 : ✅ completed! i can see a slight difference. my arms look kinda toned!
day 4: ✅ took a day off
day 5: ✅ my arms feel too sore. can see a slight difference

Before and after honest review.
Firstly I LOVVEEDD how energetic Lilly was throughout the video. It made working out so fun, I was grooving when she was too.

Going to update the results here.
Arm size - 27cm

Day 1 - done
Day 2 - done
Day 3 - break
Day 4 - done

I'll keep updating everyday and since my arm size is bigger than average I'll give the results after 14 days of doing it continuously

GUYS THIS WORKS SO WELL I've only been doing this for a few days (1-2 times a day) along with some power band exercises for my back and I'VE LOST 1CM OF ARM FAT! I've always been insecure of my arms and this gives me so much hope, I swear to God. I'm in disbelief rn *shedding happy tears*. Thank you Lilly and guys you can do it!!!
