I started this workout 4 weeks ago, doing it everyday, alongside eating healthy etc. I’ve gone from size 38 bra down to size 34 and lost 2 inches from around the tops of my arms & lost a lot of back fat, not to mention a noticeable difference around my neck, shoulders!! Highly recommend this workout but I agree the music is annoying in the video lol so I mute it and workout to my own music!! Thank you @MIZILEE

For arm exercise - this is the only video that I didn't skip and I was amazed to myself that I was able to finish the 21min video. Will be doing this till I reach my weight goal. I want to make sure that my arm skin will not be saggy once I lose weight. So I really am very happy to find this video and it suits me. My current arm size is 13.5-14cm. Let's see then after 2 weeks. Please hit the like button after 2 weeks to remind me.

Guys let me tell u, i am 20 yrs old, had slouched back since my childhood .., the reason i was working out was to loose my arm fat but not kidding even my back got straight, just a week guys, 20 min in the morning before u fresh, thats it please dont give up, only after i started seeing changes i realized that it is worth it, so best of luck to u all

Ive been doing this for almost two weeks and I'm loving it! I can see a lot of difference in myself. My posture is getting better and the hump on my back has gone! I feel so much lighter and strong after doing this workout. I always felt sore the next day after a workout but these exercises are a miracle. Thank you mizi! I'm going to maintain this pace till I get my desired result :) Anyone who's reading this, start now you can do it!

One week down and I can tell a big difference in my shoulders already. I’m slowly losing my back fat as well. There’s three exercises I can’t do yet so I’m doing my own modified versions
Update: Two weeks in and my back fat is starting to melt away. There’s a noticeable difference in my armpits and bra area. I’ll continued to do this routine daily.

Definitely works! been doing for two weeks and the fat creases in my back have disappeared. still working on the armpit fat but it's definitely improving as well!

Mostly suffer from upper body fat. No matter how toned my biceps get, my triceps always hang low. This was so refreshing, I felt my arms and back worked out all around. Today is day.1. Going to check in again after 2weeks.

Day 1: I finally found an arm workout that I can follow. After 21 minutes, my arm sores, and I know it's natural. Hoping I can finish my two-week challenge.

I've been following this exercise routine for 4 days, and it's been incredibly effective. My arms are really big despite my petite frame because of inactive lifestyle. I typically spend most of my time in front of my PC and don't enjoy exercising, but this video is fun and easy to follow. On the 4th day, while the changes are subtle, you can see a bit of muscle development. I've also incorporated belly fat exercises and dumbbell routines to complement this workout. I'm doing 16:8 fasting and eating healthier foods.

I started doing this last July 15 and let me tell you something..it’s amazing and indeed effective . Imma be honest one month it won’t immediately melt all the fats but it makes your arms and back firmer?snatched. I can’t find the right term. But definitely the form looks better. I added light dumbbells also in some parts here so the result was even better. Can’t wait to see the final results in 3mos above.
