Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

As your all fat wasn't stored in a day, so it won't loose in a day, just keep going and you will start getting your results 😊

One of my goals is to wear pretty sleeveless dresses and tops, I've always had massive bulky arms (even at my lowest weight)

i’ve been doing this everyday for a long time, 4 weeks maybe, my arms are looking slimmer and more defined, they were 35cm now they are 27 😱

*Keep reminding yourselves:* it takes 2 weeks to feel it (feel your body getting stronger), 4 weeks to see it (see small differences), and 8 weeks to hear it (hearing people ask you 'have you lost weight?' I saw this somewhere and thought it would be good to share 💕

I'm 15 years of age and I've been doing Lilly's workouts since February 2020, I've enjoyed all of her workouts she has inspired me to stay motivated and Strong! Arm measurements (both): 30cm
Day 1: ✅
Day 2: ✅
Day 3: ✅ (with cardio)
Day 4: ✅
Day 5: ✅ (with cardio)
Day 6: ✅
Day 7: ✅(with cardio)
I vary my cardio. One time I'll do lilly's cardio vid/go for a walk/trampoline.
Arm measurements(both): 29cm!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE! I measured my arms so many times to make sure! 😱😱😱
Day 8: ✅ (with cardio)
Day 9: ✅ (with cardio)
Rest day: it's good to recover your muscles especially if you're doing cardio on top. I don't wanna injure myself. ♥️ start again tmr
Day 10: ✅ (with cardio) I'm going to increase the weights because I'm not feeling the burn as much today. I'm currently using 1kg weights
Rest day: first day of my periods so very sore and fatigue
(2 days)- light walking (cardio) because period pains
Day 11: ✅ increased the weights from 1kg to 1.5kg and its worth the burn i feel stronger

Final results: 29cm (i lost in the total 2 weeks 1cm but it hasn't gone down since last week) In the 2nd week My arms became less jiggly and firmed up even when relaxed that never happend go me before. My shoulders visibly look more toned too. I think this is pretty realistic results considering the short amount of time and my arm fat having a hisory of being stubborn. I recommend doing this with cardio everyday instead of a few times a week, increasing the weight when it gets easier and eating healthy if you want best results. Don't just think that this alone will change you. This works! But not alone just like with any strength workout. Remember as well everyones metabolism is different. So different results. Dont just rely on tape measures and scales. Visible difference is important too as well as strength. I didnt realise this made me really strong too ❤️❤️ good luck and thank you for the motivation

Guys I highly recommend this workout! I was looking for something that would help me to gain lean muscle so my arms would look toned, and this totally worked! I did this workout 4 times a week for 3 months and now I have toned arms and I can see definition in my arms:) Thanks Lilly!

Two weeks completed! I noticed a looot of changes in my arms and they’ve gotten way slimmer! I’m obviously going to continue to do this workout because its really short but definitely a burner!💪🏻

Everyone’s body is different but I’ve been doing this every other day for a month and a half now. At first I was just gaining muscle but not losing the fat but I’ve been consistent with it abs now definitely see my arms slimming down. Make sure to eat some protein. :)

doing this for you guys, and i give HONEST results and opinions. i’ll be doing this workout 6 days a week cause Sunday is my rest day. along with those 6 days i’ll be doing her other workouts so bare with me! (like my comment so i don’t forget)

day one✅: completed, wasn’t so hard but did burn.
day two✅: completed, arms were BURNING. i wasn’t gonna do my workout since it was 1:00am but i told myself to not give up😭
day 3✅: this workout really gets your arms running, they were BURNINGGG today. arms aren’t sore yet tho.
day 4✅: FIRE FIRE FIRE, this workout had my arms running. my arms still aren’t sore tho.
