I completed the 30 day program yesterday. I've seen results. I feel results. I realize the level I need to be working at to see the change I want. SO now I'm gonna do it all over again. Thanks, Ryan

You’ve helped me realize the potential for my own body. Every time I think I’m too exhausted from the first set, I’m looking at another three. It feels good to hit goals. And now, almost done with the first week of the program, I’m staring leg day down like a dog. Massive thanks Ryan.

I like hitting the heavy bag for a round or two at the end of each workout. It's fun and challenging if you really go at.

I don't have a bike, but I pushed my Harley home from scottsdale to sun city. That ended up being my leg day. 🥺🧎

Love this guy but gotta disagree, dont let someone tell you what to do for cardio, just get up and do anything! go on a walk with friends and family, play basketball, do anything just move everyday

Wow first time I've watched this guy's videos and I'm absolutely a fan. I a 220 fat dude and this guy makes me want to get in shape. I love how straight forward and blunt he is. He just cuts the crap and tells me what to do. No BS. Love it

The Agoge diet is truly something else, do not know why, but somehow it worked better than anything else I tried for building muscle.

only cardio i've ever been able to tolerate is hitting a heavy bag, I can do it for hours, its fun as hell.

I second this; Airdyne/assault bike is a slayer. When I’m leaning out, I opt to train like a sprinter, rather than a marathon runner. Sprints complement heavy squatting much better than running a 5- or 10K
