Mai ehi ek ladki ko samjha raha tha kal hi, but humare gym ka trainer usko 1 1 ghanta cardio karake pareshankorta hai, aur aap jante hi ho beginners cardio karke jaldi thak jaate hai aur sochte hai ki waah bohut cals burn ho raha rai! O I forgot, beginners have this notion of working out the abs for 'spot fat reduction' in belly 💀

Stay Happy, Eat Healthy and Excercise 1 Hour without any tension, just enjoy because we are not going to run in any olympics … Exercise enjoy don’t take any pressure. Don’t force yourself atleast for 1 year in beginning and make part of excercise forever in your life and dont do for any results, just do it for make you healthy..

I read somewhere. All you need to workout is perform 6 or 7 compound exercises every day. And you don’t need to do anything else.
Barbell Squats, barbell back row, deadlift, bench press, lat pull down, barbell lift.
What is your view on this?
