im 2 months in lost 2 st im hitting the treadmill for 20m, 30 secs sprints . the weights for 40 m 6 days a week never felt better 💪 oh and no booze this year . bring it on 😎

I am exactly where you were in 2007 I have started walking I will not stop until I reach my goal I am 42 years old I don't want to be the fat guy at the daughter dance oh I have a daughter LOL

I am on my journey to weight loss currently I weigh 130kg my goal is to reach 75kg I am just beginner started with 5 min of cardio + 25 mins of different weigh trainings

i hate cardio, I've lost weight 40lbs by working out and dieting, I feel cardio it's needed but since I've lost weight without it, I lag on it. was 210lbs dropped to 160lbs right now I'm at 170lbs going back up, goal is 155lbs for 5'6 I think i would feel and look my best. squats are about as cardio workout as it gets with me.

thanks dude... i am doing a good diet... i just got married and i have a baby daughter... and in da last 9 months i gain 20 kilograms.. i allready lost 5 kilograms, but onlu by running and dieting, , , i will start doing weight lifting which i havent since high school.. 2005 damn hahaha
