Since I started flowing Sarah Beth's yoga teachings over two years ago, I stopped all other yoga teachers. She is the best teacher I have found. Her voice is calm and comforting. Her instructions are easy to follow and while she is aware of the fact that not all the followers are on the same level, she uses very encouraging and respectful words of wisdom to makes me feel part of the class. Her breathing techniques and slow stretch videos are the best!

Sarah beth yoga is the very best yoga master I've experienced. From her multiple yoga routines which complement everybody's issues to her voice which is soothing and integrates into your own meditation, she is the only place I go for my yoga at home.

i absolutely love your teaching style. as a recently certified yoga teacher myself i struggle with feeling like i needed to fill the space with my voice during my classes to avoid awkward silence..lol..but this style in which there’s no fluff, just cues for the poses and breath, is exactly what i enjoy most. you have inspired me as a teacher and as a student! thank you so much

To relax is unexpectedly hard.. to calm the body, trust my natural breath. I struggled a bit today, but I feel a different sensation now than before. I think I was wrong when I thought that I am not flexible enough for Yin yoga. I am still as stiff as a wooden door 😄 but now I know that I can adjust until my body is ready. Thank you for opening my eyes to a new experience. 🙂🌻🙂

I carry a lot of tension in my upper body and this practice really helps release a bit of that tension. Also works relaxing.Good before bed

Thank you for providing us with all of your amazing yoga videos. I started by following your prenatal yoga classes when i was pregnant with my son. My husband and I ended up doing a home-birth and your voice literally guided me through the most intense parts of my labor. "Feel the comfort within the discomfort " "breath into the tension " "RELAX YOUR JAW!!!" (Lol, most important). Afterwards, your postnatal classes got me back to a place of comfort within my body and on the road to fitness. Now, a year and a half has passed, and it is incredibly rewarding to see myself having come so far, being able to hold poses that I couldn't do not only righf after birthing, but even before pregnancy. And your voice guides me still through many of the stressful moments of my days, always bringing me back to a grounded, centered place. Sarah beth yoga is my first experience with continuous yoga practice, and it has taught me much more than movement: breath awareness, mind- body connection, and, most importantly, true self- care. Thank you

I really enjoyed this video. I've been having a lot of upper body stress with a toddler. The constant bending and picking up has really been a strain. These poses really helped me loosen up and feel more relaxed.

Not going to lie, that was so relaxing that I am pretty sure I fell asleep for part of it. Absolutely perfect to do on an exhausting day when even yoga may feel like a chore.

Thank u. I really need to start doing yoga. Doing this has inspired me to go and sign up for a beginner class. I've never really done it before. But the little I've tried watching your videos showed me how much I really need this and would benefit greatly from it.
