This is the perfect stretch after any upper body training day!! We are going to work through several stretches in the neck, shoulders, chest, upper back, arms, and wrists! This stretch will help reduce muscle soreness after any upper body workout and also increase flexibility and releive stiffness in your neck, upper back and shoulders. You are going to feel relaxed and amazing after this quick 10 minutes!

Literally SO GLAD you added that little “I’m so glad you took the time to do this” message at the end cuz I’m honestly so bad with stretching, I always tell myself I’ll do it, but then I don’t bother and just take like 2 minutes instead of doing it properly… really not a fan of winding down and stretching so I’m thankful for the encouraging words 😂😂

Watching this video every time after gym and I needed to do it about 100 times to realize that in the background on the sofa is a real pug, not a pillow

Was glad to do this during my rest day after some punishing upper body workouts, makes the soreness worse at first, but it'll help loosen you up and prepare you for the next day of exercise later.
