15 minute slow seated yoga. Upper body stretch
Hey yoga fam! You've been loving the seated flows and so I combined my seated format to include the upper body. This slow seated yoga practice, will target everything from the waist up. Focusing on the side body and upper back. The first half of this practice is done in heros pose, feel free to sit on a block for this one. I also forgot to mention I was drinking some Vanilla chai! so yummy, let me know in the comments if you drink some tea as well. #seatedyoga #yoga #upperbodystretch
If you are short on time today, or looking for a more low key practice this is the perfect 15 min class for you!
YOU WILL NEED: NO PROPS (You may also wish to sit on a block or folded up towel)
