I don't know if you still read these, but I had to share this: I've been having pretty much constant pain in my shoulder for months now. A massage would help for a few hours but no matter what I did, there was that CONSTANT pain. Then I discovered this video and within 3 days of doing it the pain was basically gone! All I need to maintain is do this every other day now and most days I'm fine. As far as I am concerned this is a small miracle. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

I’m not even joking, I have watched this video more than probably 25 times. It’s safe to say it’s my most trusted go-to video as it literally unclenches my entire back and shoulders in only 15 minutes. I just want to say thank you for the work you do here and for offering this on a free platform. I have debilitating fibromyalgia, anxiety, migraines, and several other things that I am currently working to heal as best I can. I do neck and shoulder sequence every day and this is really one of my favorite videos. I get more pain relief in this short video than most others. It’s thoughtful of you to do this and really a nice touch to have you mirror your students by saying “right” when you are doing left. 🙏

I began feeling back in 2004 till now, I have gone to hospitals, for injections but they was no change , the pain was now in the chest, shoulders neck ad all the muscles of the head, I have taken painkillers for 17 years now, I thank God dat I came across this, I have done it for three days now, omg,I sleep like a baby, no pain, am so happy, I feel I have new life, am forgetting all the pain I have got for 17 years, I had lost hope, thank u so much
