15 Minute Upper Body Mobility | Dynamic and Static Stretches

All you need is a mat for this upper body mobility routine! You may want a bench or sturdy piece of furniture around to increase the range of motion on one of the stretches. We combine dynamic and static stretches during this 15 minute routine. We do 15 different stretches/exercises each lasting 60 seconds. This should have you feeling very open by the end : ) Some of my stretches may look a little different as I navigate with a broken hand. Awww Larie! I'm so sorry to hear you have a broken hand 😞. For someone who is so active, it must be just terrible to not be able to workout like you normally do (I know this from experience!). I pray you will heal quickly, and be back to moving without pain soon.
I have been sitting on the computer alot today, and as soon as I saw the notification for this mobility workout, I stopped what I was doing to take a break and get some much needed stretches and movement in! I feel revived and energized, and I am going to save this workout to do again and again, it was so good! Thank you 😊

Oh no!! I’m sorry about your hand. I broke my wrist 5 years ago and was so upset I couldn’t work out for a while. I hope you heal quickly!!

I love this mobility workout. I do lots of your weight ones and they are great but as I get older these mobility ones are key to me to keep climbing and the other things I love to do., Would love some full body and longer even more challenging mobility sequences if that seems like something others would love too. As always, thanks Larie - you have been my workout pal since my hip replacement, through covid and beyond. Hope your hand heals quick - I'm sure it will cause you are dang healthy.

Wow! you're so great! Powering on despite your injury! Hope you get well soon. I loved this! Felt so amazing, these movements made me realize how much tightness I was holding in my upper body. The child's pose with the raising arms was mega challenging, could only move them up very slightly. I initially came across your videos because I was searching for TRX routines. Been subscribed ever since! More power!

Hi Larie, I just completed this workout and I'm sweating! I was looking for a leg one for today when I saw this just pop up, so thank you ❣️ I've also worked out with injuries and illnesses, so I totally understand that it can be frustrating at times. Ughh, I’m sorry about your broken hand. I’m dealing with a sprained ankle right now, and having to modify my routine also. Hope your hand heals soon and well 💙

ahhhh how did you break your hand? Must be so frustrating. This was great for my shoulder. I think I pulled it and hasn't been the same for 2 weeks. I can't lift weights right now either.
