I have had chronic back/shoulder pain for years and difficulties with improving my posture. I've been doing this routine almost every day for 2 weeks and it has all disappeared! I can't thank you enough!!!

That scissor position really made me realize how much my shoulders need help. I'm planning to do this video regularly in the hopes of seeing my posture improve! Thanks for sharing this one. I'd love to see more posture-related exercises.

When doing the snow Angels my shoulders popped when I brought my thumbs together behind my back, it felt so incredible as I have bicep tendonitis and this helped release my shoulders in a way not really possible otherwise. Thank you so much Sarah I love the mobility series

I've been doing your practices for almost a yr now n felt the need to thank u. I suffer with anxiety n depression and 2020 has been an exceptionally tough yr for me. My family lost my Aunt Diane to Covid-19 in April n my cousin Jaime was in a fatal motorcycle accident over the Summer. Ty from the bottom of my broken heart for helping me heal and find peace. I’ve been following Sarah Beth for a few years now. I love that she’s always creating new flows and putting a twist (no pun intended) on some familiar positions. Even though I’ve done yoga for 23 years I always learn something new from Sarah Beth even in a short 15 minute session.
I love the upside down snow angel and threading the needle with one hand on top of the other. Sarah Beth is the best - I love her!😄😘

I don't normally comment on videos, but this routine and the neck mobility one have been a godsend. I've had the worst stiff neck and shoulders and a lot of pain this past week and going through these two routines has given me back some much needed range of motion. I’m a swimmer and have tightness in shoulders and neck from too often breathing to one side. Loved the intense puppy stretch and the snowflake moves that made my back crack. Thank you!
