This sequence is perfect for all level yogis to enjoy on tired days, after workouts, before bed or if you're feeling stressed and anxious. * Postnatal mums are welcome to join in on this class if they're had the go-ahead from the doctor, providing you modify when needed, especially postures that require lying flat if you're breastfeeding.
