45 minutes of gentle mindful yoga to stretch out the entire body, with lots of quiet time to breathe into the pose and be completely at one with the present moment. This sequence is perfect for all level yogis to enjoy on tired days, after workouts, before bed or if you're feeling stressed and anxious. * Postnatal mums are welcome to join in on this class if they're had the go-ahead from the doctor, providing you modify when needed, especially postures that require lying flat if you're breastfeeding.

I was up for hours last night with an almost-panic attack, and today was still feeling the aftershock (and jitters), but this class brought grounding into my body and helped me to feel comfortable inside my own skin again. Thank you for this much-needed, anxiety-relieving practice. 🙏🏻💛

Beautiful practice!! I wanted to do yoga, my kids wanted to watch TV…. I put on my head phones and set up my mat near the kids. My almost 2 year old just kept rolling around near me through the whole practice saying “oga” (his version of yoga ☺️)… and then laid on my belly during savasana! Loved it!! Thanks Candace!! ❤️🙏🏼🧘🏻‍♀️
