This video shares a passive and active routine for developing neck, shoulder, hip and glutes, hamstrings, hip flexor, and general all-around flexibility. There is a bias towards the hips, especially rotation, and relaxing in positions.

I've tried way too many times to include flexibility routines in my life routine and create a habit. So I will use this comment to force myself to do it and stick to it. I hope it motivates someone to stick to it too! :)
32 years old super stiff, doing it 3 times per week
Week 1: was hard, felt a lot of tension on my shoulders and hips. Can't touch the ground due to my lack of flexibility in hamstrings. Let's go!

This is my favorite stretching routine from you so far. I love the newer format of putting the silent stretching timers along with instructions ("Keep going", etc). I also really like the longer holds. The 2 minute frog stretch was something I didn't think would be possible to survive, but the shoulder twists were a great distraction. Thank you, Tom!

I've honestly been using YouTube videos for years for stretching, yoga, mobility work, many of your own videos but this takes it for the most relaxed I have felt while experiencing deep stretches and releases, especially in my shoulders and hips. Will be returning often for this experience - thank you

Love the length of this! Sometimes it just doesn't feel like 30min hits enough but an 1hour seems too daunting, so this is perfect!

Wow! As a cyclist and someone who did a very intense bi lateral leg exercise routine with weights I see lots of imbalance in my legs. Today, since I walk with real discomfort from this workout, I knew I needed some deep stretching. So intense for me the hip flexors and all leg movements here. This routine is a good way to see exactly where the tightness is and why it needs releasing. Thank you so much--although I was swearing at you in some bits!

I did this ONCE and my posture is visibly different--shoulders like an inch or two further from my ears. I can feel the tension I've had in my traps the past couple weeks releasing. This long-form follow along style with gorgeous background is amazing!! More, please.

This is my first time watching any of your videos. Amazing. Thank you for “rambling”. So many videos have no narration, only a timer that beeps at the beginning and end of the stretch. I like getting the reminder to breathe and notes on how to do the stretch and what you should feel.

Awesome, keep them coming, they are really helping me out. And I've searched the entire world wide web for more people who does full-body mobility/flexibility follow alongs and there literally is none who does it in your very simple format and most of them is more towards Yoga, which just isn't the same.

I'll give this ago next week! But keep those full-body videos coming, in anything between 15-45 min, they are awesome.

Been using your flexibility/mobility videos a couple months now and have seen positive results also have suffered with terrible night cramps for ages but recently these have improved greatly 🤷🏼‍♀️can only think it’s your exercises that have helped.
