Day 5 of quarantine... decided I need a routine so I found this and absolutely love it. Super hard but I know if I stick at it I’ll be able to do it with ease on no time :)

For real, eventhough I'm feeling so much pain while doing this, I feel soo refreshed after the whole routine done and my body just feels so nice. It's my second day following this video and I feel like I'm getting better at doing the poses compared to yesterday ^^

you guys this is definitely for beginners. if you’re out of shape, it’ll be hard and you’ll get really sweaty, like I am right now, but it’s not as difficult as other pilates. not at all.

This is the only pilates I do that literally burns my thigh. Im 15 and I have been doing pilates for months now. Thank you for this, this is such a wonderful workout!

Great workout, I was moaning in pain the entire time but nobody saw me so I'll call it a success. your instructions were very clear and easy to follow, I had to take a few brief rests but overall I feel very good right now. Thanks so much Kait

Y'all I don't know what kind of beginner this is for, but I am 43, a mother of four and totally out of shape. I finished it, I am whooped and I definitely had to modify.

I normally do some form of cardio for 45 mins to an hour. I just started watching this video 12 days ago. I am definitely noticing a difference in my midsection, especially my lower belly. My posture has improved and I have less back pain. I'm excited to see the results 30 days in.
