I hate exercising. Like really really hate it... And being fat all my life isnt helping at all. Like yeah im really fat. But Imi's bigan yoga is something I wanna do. It doesnt feel like I need to force myself really hard.. No judgment. For someone who hate exercising, i finally able to do bigan yoga 1 hour a day for a week. Thanks Imi. This is life changing

Imi, eu tenho 65 anos e faço todos os seus treinos para barriga e gordura.
Estou perdendo muita medida. Minha barriga está achatando e afinando muito rápido.
Os músculos da barriga, finalmente estão se fortificando.

Day 1 of 14 and i am sweating and feel so loose and good. Hope to flatten my belly a bit by day 14. Wish me luck good people 🙏 🙂
Day 2 of 14 done. I am combining this with the other arm swinging workout. Guys I am drenched in sweat and feel so energized.
Day 3: Almost didnt do it because i was feeling lazy but i noticed that one of my love handles has disappeared. I had 3 each side now i have 2 on one side. Its working and happy i did it today
