I loved, during the first triangle pose, when you said " don't fight it". I started laughing and then relaxed into the pose. ❤️🙏

Realized, in a panic, a third of the way through that this was NOT yin yoga. Stuck with it anyways and it might be one of the most transformational yoga videos I’ve seen. “It’s not about the deepness of the pose, but the deepness in your breath.” Game. Changer.

I've been doing this video regularly off and on for years. My favorite part is how relaxed my legs feel when it's done. I tend to forget how much tension I have in my lower body.

The down dog ankle reach part was pretty interesting. It’s always nice having the video to clear up any questions that may come up during the stretches. Maybe it’s just a Monday, but already its better after yoga. Have a great day!

my Favorite part of the routine was the stretch in the goddess pose. In my yoga class we do a different variation but I found myself enjoying this one much more. thanks :)!
