Exercise #1 has been so helpful for me! I have had lower back pain for a year; xrays show spinal stenosis, PT exercises made it worse. This exercise is the only thing that has helped with the pain, and you're right that it works immediately!

July 2022 i had discectomy laminectomy emergency surgery. Post surgery experiencing sciatica pain no back pain. Alot of nerve damage prior to surgery. Ur channel has helped me learn how to decompress and stretch. I thank you and god bless

I Have spinal stenosis, scoliosis, degenerative disc disease. I’ve been suffering horribly from sciatic nerve pain since November. These are the only exercises that I found that have given me any relief at all. Thank you so much for your videos.
