This spinal decompression exercise is geared towards relieving pressure in the spinal discs of the upper, middle, and lower back. How it works is through a pulling motion, or TRACTION. Think of a very good stretch that helps open up the spine.

Doc you’re a lifesaver for this vid. I’ve been having upper shoulder and neck stiffness for a while and this has helped a lot with that. I feel years younger after a 15 minute session of this with modifications. Pure gem!
