I found this on my own after suffering a lot from sciatica from multiple bulging discs in my lower spine. This + squats I believe is what treated my problem. Plus some meds probably helped with flare ups.

Its strange because when I do that exercise is precisely when I feel the pain. I have lumbarization of S1.
