Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our whole body with full body sweat exercises! We will rock 16 exercises for 2 rounds of 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest.I will show modifications for every exercise and you don't need any equipment today! Grab your water and your sweat towel and let's crush it!

1. Jumping jack 2 kicks
2. Lateral high knees and 2 squat jumps
3. Push up to 4 Mountain climbers
4. Squat to Lateral lunge left
5. Side plank open up stand up lateral kick left
6. Deadlift to side crunch left
7. Squat to lateral lunge right
8. Side plank open up stand up lateral kick right
9. Deadlift to side crunch right
10. Inchworm and 2 switch jumps
11. 2 Shoulder taps and 2 supermen
12. Roll up tuck and toe touches
13. Right side dropped v hold
14. Left side dropped v hold
15. Knee drivers 1, 2, 3
16. Burpee, supermen, and 2 knee drives or tuck jump

The mindset shift from "I have to" to "I get to" is powerful, especially when it comes to the mundane day-to-day activities we sometimes dread. I GET TO make dinner for my family because we are lucky enough to have plentiful food to eat. I GET TO do laundry because I can afford clothing for my family. I GET TO move my body because I have been blessed with it and its ability to do so many things.

Happy Monday everyone! Who can have the Monday blues when you wake up to Sydney’s 30 min cardio crushers?! My day is set to be energetic and fun because I get to go to work and make the means to support my fur babies and myself. So grateful for just another opportunity to be alive and able to move about the world as I please. Hope everyone else is too!! Happy day 29 my friends!

It’s my 40th birthday today and I just wanted to say a big thank you to the lovely Sydney. I don’t know what I would do without you! I am 40 but workout more than what I did when I was in my 20s and 30s. Also my wonderful husband gifted me a beautiful Sydney squad sweatshirt and I love it.
