I've been at this for 4 weeks now. I'm just now able to get through whole 30 mins. I'm 54 years old and thought I was in pretty good shape until this workout. Make no mistake, its an azz kicker.

I like that Adam really encourages the viewers to take our own pace, which is very affirmative. He also waits for us to finish and cheers us on, which really made me feel motivated!

This guy is amazing!! I know he is talking a lot (compared to other trainers) through out the video but it's great for people who are lazy n need inspiration to do such workouts .. Love that about his talking !!

I love that Adam acknowledges that knowledge is power right at the beginning. Sharing what's coming in a workout can be super empowering for those taking part. Thank you Adam 🙏🏻💕

Wow, surprised at the hate in the comments. First off, no one can help their body type, it's genetic. You can't help being big-boned (literally) any more than you can help being a stick. Workouts are for YOUR benefit, not other's eye candy.
As far as the work-out goes, yeah, a little much with the high-fives but I really did like this guys personality. He seems less like a bro and more like someone who just genuinely likes what he's doing. I don't think it's healthy (or really possible) to encourage others if you're miserable or completely focused on yourself.
I liked this guy.

That was one of the most challenging PopSugar workouts I've ever done... and the only reason I got through it was because of how much fun and how motivating Adam was! Nice job! I'll do it again!

As a fitness instructor, I really liked his instructing/talking.  He was commenting on everything I remind my class participants of, during my classes. If it was not tough enough, maybe do another round, or add some jumping jacks or run in place in between each set.

BEST.FULL.BODY.WORK.OUT.EVER. I've been doing practically ALL your workouts (and when I say "all", I mean all). So far, this has been the best collaboration of them all. Adam is great and with such a great personality. You should really do more videos with him! GREAT WORKOUT!

Adam is a genius. He does everything so well as an instructor, to do what he did isn't easy at all. I'm very impressed for a workout that is aimed at the general population, i can't find anything to criticize. WELL DONE!

This was intense! I like that anybody can do it. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner, or you have been working out for a really long time.  I liked all of the positive reinforcement and interaction too.
