I've just recently started watching your videos... so far, very impressive, you keep it simple.
Me: 65yrs, haven't worked out for 10 years, this year diagnosed with cancer, Dr prescribed strict carnivore diet, and workout, with wieghts...
I'm beating the cancer, it's almost undetectable, started working out again in June, but your targeted workouts are bringing fire...they are definitely on point, thank you.

I am 66 years old and in good shape . I just started following your workouts as was getting bored with my old routine.so far I am feeling it . I love your videos. With sleep do naps count for sleep. Keep up the great videos.

Thanks for the video, a couple of months ago I started my day with a 3.5k walk, around 40 -60 mins of exercise every evening, and eating healthier with around 5 days of eating less for calory deficit and it works, I see an improvement. I have started to enjoy exercise and look forward to it. The 10% more is great motivation which I will begin to implement.

Hi Bobby, how many times a week would you recommend doing your 30/30 for 6 mins x 3 interval training. Iv been doing it once a week on the assault runner and it’s absolutely brutal. Was thinking of rotating the assault runner with the rower and assault bike. Thanks for your help!

I have a lot of belly fat and i calculated my BMR and it's 1471 so to do a 500 calorie deficit diet that would be 971 calories a day which is fkn insane and not realistic so I'm just gonna do exercise i love lifting weights but how much calories does one burn on average doing resistance training? With cardio the treadmill will give you a basic idea how much you're burning but how do I know what I'm burning doing weights?
