My biggest struggle is sleep. I am not getting more than 4 hours before I wake up. I just am having trouble staying in a deep sleep.

My struggle is not having a consistent sleeping time; I work rotating Night Shift, sleeping is a battle 😢

He summed these 5 tips up beautifully. Walking is key when I was 16 I walked the whole summer around the neighborhood with my friends and lost so much and didn’t realize it until my dad came to visit 😂. But I still will be doing my yoga, and strength training too!

#4 all the way! I workout 3-4 days a week 25 mins Stairmaster with 30-40 mins weights and break my fast at noon or later.

My biggest struggle is sleep. I get 5 hrs or less on a regular basis but may take a nap various times in the day.

Eat oatmeal before morning (weight) training— you will burn the excess glycogen first and fuel a much better workout!!
