U have found a great exercise to do I promise u just do this exercise for 3-4 weeks nd u will see changes after 5-6 or 3-4 days u will start getting results

I'm tried of the life I have now . I want to change . My weight . My grades . I have been in this dump for the last 3 years and its about time I get out . Eating healthy and working out everyday are going to be my goals . I am going to get my life together . Starting now . I can do this . My goal is to reduce 20 kgs by the end of this year .

10 april 2023 weight : 73 kgs

DAY 1 : completed the complete workout and I am sweating .

Day 1 ✅ : my legs and tights hurt but i did it
Day2 ✅ without any problems
Day 3✅: i skipped one of tights workout cause my tights hurts and became weak
Day 4✅ done i feel really tired but i can feel my belly and hips fats start going
