This was an amazing standing abs workout! Mine were KILLING me! I find that with a lot of standing abs workouts its not very intense at all and your heart rate doesn’t go up at all. I’m so happy to say that the opposite is true with this one!

I enjoyed this workout and saving it . I especially like that you turned to the side instead of just facing forward. Sometimes it’s hard to tell on the TV, whether your leg is going straight back or at an angle.
