This is a 15 minute full body strengthening workout you can do in a seated position. This is perfect for beginners and seniors. This workout will be fun and easy to follow. You will need a pair of hand weights for this. If you don't have hand weights, you can hold two soup cans or two full water bottles. Jenny Fit Start is a fitness channel for active seniors. I am recovering from extensive foot surgery plus I'm a stroke victim with severe balance issues so I can only do seated exercises. I have been looking for a workout with weights. This is a perfect reintroduction to exercising. Thank you so much for taking the time to develop this workout! I am thrilled beyond words.

I have had to go light on workouts this summer due to back issue. This was a great workout to get back with weights
Also enjoyed the leg and core work. Late summer and fall looks brighter.

I have scoliosis but I refuse to let it beat me so I’m starting with several short ones now, also I am 90 years of age. And yes I plan to join you classes. L from Canada😊

Hi Jenny. I am rehabilitating an ankle and Achilles tendon injury. I can't do the standing exercises yet. I found this by looking for seated weight exercises. I really enjoyed it. I am a fit bunch member. Can you suggest other seated workouts that I could try.
