Seated Full-Body Workout | Chair Workout for Seniors | No Talking Workout, Just Music!

This is a no-talking, full-body seated intermediate workout. The workout includes a warm-up, cardio, strength exercises (including a focus on glutes and abs) and stretching. This is a step up from my usual chair workouts but if you've been with me for a while, it will hopefully be a workout you can manage. Take breaks as needed and as always, listen to your body and rest as needed. Since I'm not talking, feel free to mute me and put on your favourite music that motivates you to work out.

I am 76 and have always been an advocate for working out. I am unable to do some workouts because my arthritis and sciatica interfere. I am so excited I found these chair exercises and have been doing your workouts followed by a yoga workout. This one is one of my favorites and it took awhile to get to this level. I have been doing these workouts at least 5 times a week and have been doing them for about 2 1/2 months. I wake up looking forward to starting my day with you and I feel the strength and motivation returning! Living in Florida the summer heat brought my energy and mood down until I decided to find something to change that. Then I found your u tube videos. I must ask where your accent is from especially the word "out" I love it! I use my 75" TV and it feels like you are in the room. Unfortunately I cannot comment of Like so I decided to go on my laptop to give a review and to thank you for your inspiration. I feel better physically and mentally.

wow - I sure underestimated the intensity of this little jewel. I managed to hurt my knee and will do seated for a week. I am so pleased with the challenge. Do not need to break my routine at all. I need to stay consistent for results and i thank you for making that possible. Love the little joke at the end. 🤣

32.50 m. Thanks this is a great workout. I am trying to lose weight for my granddaughter's wedding at the end of July. It was a little hard because I only have 5 pounds weights. I will be buying the two pounds one by the end of the week. 😊❤

Thank you SO MUCH for this. The only thing that would make it better is to have instrumental music. My focus is distracted by the singing. But I'll still keep doing these exercises with the sound off or maybe with my own music playing. Thanks again!
