at first i was ashamed to do your seated workouts as physically healthy 21 yo girl. but i struggle with depression and sometimes i just can't force myself to do anything than laying in bed all day. but i always find energy to do these seated workouts and when i do, i feel a sense of accomplishment. thank u so much Jo 💜

PLEASE DO MORE CHAIR WORKOUTS!!! I have had 4 knee surgeries and most days these types of workouts are all I can do. Love your videos!!!

Happy i found this. If i don't do cardio im going to lose my feet. This is live saving. Im giving this my all. Im only 39. I've never been so weak in my life. I used to be the person people would ask to help them move or do the hard stuff at work, now i use a walker. I want my life back. If anyone sees this, please i want you to hold me accountable. I don't want to lose my feet then die of misery.

I’m a 54 yr old with severe arthritis and sciatica. I’m going for Bariatric surgery. And can’t do much exercise standing. Thank you for sharing your videos. Because I’m going to start doing these. And it looks fun.
