Thank you for this video! My trainer recommended I try new exercises in addition to taking Unflame Herbal supplement. It has ben two weeks with the supplement and it has helped me tremendously. I am hoping with the addition of these stretches every morning, I will regain full mobility!

These are PERFECT! I work in activities department at nursing facility and was looking for a gentle stretching exercise to do with our group. 😁 Also after sitting at the computer doing my notes...these neck and shoulder stretches felt great!😁

Hi, finally found a stretching routine that I like. I did consciously do without over straining. Just started today. Hopefully it suits me. I did have a bad experience before with a different session, over did it, was in pain at groin area and thighs for a few day. I am abit nervous because of that. thank you

Hi the exercise at minute 13:20.. is it considered a twisting or rotation of the spine.. as I do have osteoporosis in my spine
