This 30-minute yoga class flows from one posture to the next but at a slow pace with plenty of time and space to get in and out of postures. This yoga class can stand alone or be a nice lead into the other 30-minute vinyasa flow class. Enjoy this beautifully paced class!

I'll be 65 soon, and my wife and I have been doing this routine regularly for the last three years.

Incremental improvement every time. It really has changed my life in so many ways. I don't respond well to classes or groups, but this one-on-one flow hits just the right groove. My wife has become a certified yoga instructor in the years since we started and does advanced routines, but I'm the same old regular guy. This is were we connect and center.

If you're not sure yoga is for you, this is a great place to start. Wallow through it, cuss and stumble, quit and come back. Your future self depends on your present self for this gift.

This ist exactly wat I need - a slow and flowing yoga class with a totally sympathetic person that doesn't hesitate to laugh once at a time about her dog chasing birds :)

I've just started a daily yoga practice and so happy to have found you on Youtube. I love your cues and your pace. I realize at almost 50 years old that my body needs yoga. I'm sleeping better, I'm becoming more flexible and I'm calmer in mindset. I look forward to seeing you on Youtube as part of my daily routine. Cheers!

Just did our first day .. my wife and I are sweaty, smiling and ready for the rest of our day . Thank you so much for this free challenge. We just realized that not doing yoga since March to present has detrained us after being off from December to February from yoga as well .see you again tmr before we pick up the grandsons.

This video is so perfect. With regular yoga flow sequences it often feels too fast to be able to stretch as deeply as my body needs sometimes, especially now that I'm getting back into a yoga practice after having been out of it for a little while. This pace is just right, and I imagine would be a good segway into the "normal speed" flow once I feel ready.

And I love that you are real, simple, and authentic..no spiritual or "perfect" airs but still helping us be present in the moment with our breath.

Love, love, LOVED it! Thank you Erin. These slow flows are amazing. Transitions are no longer easy for me and my body responds slower to postures. This provides that extra bit of time needed and keeps me able to do these postures in a flow sequence.

I just completed the 30 day challenge and I want to thank you for helping me to bring yoga back in to my life as a daily practice. I have done 140 classes of yours and not once was I disappointed. This was another perfect example of a wonderfully creative, perfect, gorgeous flow class. Thank you so much Erin for making them available to us. Keep the videos coming!! I would LOVE to see some kind of themed playlist from you or a yoga program, or yoga challenge, like yoga for moon stages (new moon, full moon) or yoga for the chakras, or yoga for the elements or yin style classes. I love your vinyasa flows, your strength classes, your deep stretch classes are simply unbeatable, the long hold classes, the slow flow classes and ohhhh don't even mention the mandala style ones, they are my absolute favourite.
