Today’s arm toning workout uses light weight for added resistance to tone up and strengthen the shoulders, biceps and triceps. 10 different moves, 2 rounds and no rest in between oww oww!!

Weights I'm using: 5lbs each

I love this quick work out!! 🙌 When it’s early morning and I can’t be bothered to do any exercise, I tell myself ‘just 10 minutes’ and it feels so much easier to do. By the end, I sometimes feel like doing more.

Oh, and also..I always workout to your videos because I love that you’re straight to it. No talking throughout - just straight up exercise. 🙏 Thank you so much for sharing your skills, Heather.

Best one I've seen! A lot of arm workouts have stuff like push-ups which is too much for my weak muscles. This one is a nice arm work out that I can actually complete. Thank you so much Heather!!!

Did this with 3.5 kg dumbbells and it was quite a challenge. Amazing and so effective! LOVE this!

Needed this stand up exercises because, I have minimum floor space now, due to some renovations. Appreciate the preview of the next exercise, so I know where to maneuver myself. I like that these exercise are concentrated, can definitely feel this before it was over. Thank you 🏋🏽‍♀️

so i picked up the 5 pound weights and i was like, this is gonna be a piece of cake,
i was wrong..i had to stop a couple of times because my arms were burning..
